In a first-of-its-kind collaboration, Pok\u00e9mon has announced an upcoming pop-up shop in London\u2019s Natural History Museum. The installation is set to feature all-new, exclusive merchandise, including an adorable Pikachu plush that\u2019s sure to bring a sparkle to many collectors\u2019 eyes.<\/p>\n
While this collaboration isn\u2019t a Pok\u00e9mon Center pop-up, like those found at premier competitive events, it will transform the Natural History Museum\u2019s Cranbourne Boutique into a unique gift shop, combining the series\u2019 notable characters with the attraction\u2019s various exhibits. As fossil Pok\u00e9mon have featured in the series since the first generation, a museum is the perfect place to hold this celebration for Pok\u00e9mon\u2019s 30th anniversary.<\/p>\n
Director of Commercial and Visitor Experience for the Natural History Museum, Adam Farrar, says, \u201cThere is such a wonderful alignment between Pok\u00e9mon and the Natural History Museum \u2013 we\u2019re obviously both big fans of the natural world and its evolution and diversity.
