Hoyoverse is on an absolute roll this year as it reveals yet another upcoming title: Varsapura. The Genshin Impact developer must be super busy as they’re working on three new games, along with constant updates to their already gigantic roster. It’s in a completely different style to what we’ve seen from Hoyoverse so far. While the recently announced Honkai Nexus Anima uses the same anime style, and Petit Planet continues with a similar – albeit more chibi – design, Varsapura is totally unique. It’s made in Unreal Engine 5 and has much more realistic aesthetics for most things, aside from characters’ faces, which are still a little anime-like. You can watch a 31-minute-long demo on the newly created Varsapura YouTube channel to get a feel for what’s in store. The main character enters a large building and attends an interview with SEAL – the Shadow Emergency Alliance. Here, things get weird as the screen blurs and lights flicker. It’s almost giving Silent Hill as the character wanders through a dark, eerie setting.<\/p>\n
